For international orders, we offer free shipping over 330USD

Can I cancel my order?
We pack our orders fast, so please get in touch ASAP if you'd like to cancel your order.
If it hasn't been packed or shipped yet, we'll be able to cancel and refund you the full amount. Please contact contact@dyvine.co with your order number and wait 72 hours for a response.
Please note: we cannot guarantee modifications before dispatch.
Who pays for Customs, Duties and Taxes?
Dyvine Dubai is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.

Do I have to pay for postage if I want to return an item?
Yes, you have to cover postage for a return. Dyvine Dubai will cover postage if the item is faulty, however, this is subject to our returns policy that you can find here.
